Most of my clients say to me they can't charge more money. They always have to drop the price. Well, that is not the case. What happens is that everybody believes, and it's true, that you're the result of your five closest friends. You all think the same, do the same. It's the same, your five most typical customers.
If your customers are actually concerned about price, everything that they speak to you, because they're the result of their five closest friends, is also going to be concerned about price. That's just the way it is.
So what you need to do is change the customer you're getting to be more concerned with value. Learn how we add more value, and they'll share it with more people who are more interested in value. It's not about price. You're not in a price battle; you're in a trust battle, and winning the trust battle is how you stop talking about price.
